At Kiddie Garden Baby Store, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery within Malaysia and Singapore only at the moment.

When can I expect my order to arrive and how do you charge for delivery?

Please note that these timelines are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, carrier, and unforeseen delays.

Please see below for our delivery options: 

1. Standard Delivery

For Standard Delivery, please allow 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)  for your order to be dispatched and an additional 2 days for any personalized items. 

Delivery fee that is free of charge is only applicable for West Malaysia deliveries with a purchase above RM200 in a single receipt.

*Kindly note there are exceptions to the below for bulky items, kindly refer to the delivery fee quoted at checkout for accurate costing .

2. Express Delivery / Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery by GrabExpress or Lalamove can be arranged upon request. The delivery fee will be borne by the customer and vary depending on your location. You may check the delivery fee and distance from our shop to your location via Lalamove or GrabExpress.

3. Scheduled Delivery

For the Scheduled Delivery, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time, and we will arrange the delivery within the specified time window of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The delivery fee will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on your location. You can check the delivery fee and distance from our shop to your location via Lalamove or GrabExpress.

4. In-Store Pickup

Please wait to receive a WhatsApp message from us confirming your order is ready for collection. Once you arrive, head to the counter and show your order receipt to our staff.

For pickup using GrabExpress or Lalamove, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6011-39178268 for pick-up arrangements.

Operating hours: 10am to 7:00pm
